The countdown has begun for the Nubia Z70 Ultra, which will be unveiled on November 21. Based on leaks so far, the smartphone is expected to feature flagship-level specifications. The latest reports reveal that the model has undergone performance tests.
Nubia Z70 Ultra Appears on Geekbench
The Nubia Z70 Ultra, with the model number NX736J, has surfaced in the Geekbench database. The smartphone achieved scores of 3,203 in single-core tests and 10,260 in multi-core tests. These results confirm some key specifications of the device and show that it has outperformed Samsung’s upcoming flagship, the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
The smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Manufactured using a 3nm process, the processor features a configuration of 2x 4.32 GHz and 6x 3.53 GHz cores, alongside an Adreno 830 GPU.
According to the Geekbench listing, the smartphone will come with 16 GB of RAM. However, it is essential to note that other memory options may also be available. Additionally, the device will run Android 15 right out of the box.
Previous leaks suggest that the device will feature a 6.85-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1.5K, a refresh rate of 144 Hz, and a peak brightness of 2000 nits. It is also expected to have a pixel density of 430 PPI and bezels as thin as 1.25 mm.
